I started being interested in design as early as middle school. I often would doodle characters for future games I wanted to develop and concept. As I moved on to high school, I took computer design classes that sparked my interest, and I found myself wanting to design products, fashion, websites, branding, and so on. Not really knowing what to do with this newfound passion, I eventually named it graphic design, and from my second year in college, I started taking a graphic design-specific class. After many years, I finally ended up at California State University, Sacramento, and made my way to the graphic design major. Over the past 2 years, I have narrowed my focus to brand design, working freelance for various companies and start-up businesses. I developed my communication skills by working with clients and further developed my design skills in school. After the long journey to get me here, I can’t wait to start designing on a professional level.
